To share a video with the others in the organization:
Open library
Search for the particular video
Open the video
Go to ‘Sharing’ tab
Choose ‘Anyone in my organization’, to make the video accessible to everybody
You can also see all the videos shared with you by others in the organization, when you open the library and go to ‘shared with me’ tab.
